The Banished One

           Long ago, an ancient Sith Lord sought knowledge beyond the confines of his own reality. He was drawn by an unseen force, a calling from the farthest reaches of the galaxy, compelling him to discover a way to traverse into another universe. This obsession led him to secretive and dangerous experiments, which soon caught the attention of his own Sith brethren. Fearing his power and unorthodox pursuits, they deemed him a threat and launched a ruthless campaign against him and his followers. His disciples were hunted down and exterminated, leaving him with no choice but to flee.

           Escaping to a lost and forgotten world, the Sith Lord discovered an ancient and powerful device buried within the ruins of an extinct civilization. Through its arcane technology, he established contact with a powerful force user in another universe. However, before he could fully unlock the secrets of this newfound connection, the Sith discovered his location. As their forces closed in, the Sith Lord made his final stand within the ruins. In a desperate attempt to escape destruction, he used the Force to collapse the temple upon himself. Yet, in the moment of his death, his essence was flung across the cosmic divide, banished into the unknown universe he had glimpsed through the device.

          With no remains left behind, the Sith deemed him lost to history. They scoured the ruins but found neither his body nor any evidence of survival, leaving the planet and sealing its fate as a forgotten relic of the past.

The Return of an Ancient Empire

            Five thousand years later, an ambitious expeditionary team was dispatched to uncover lost artifacts and secrets that could grant their benefactors greater power. Their search led them to the ancient ruins where the Banished Sith Lord had met his fate. Among their ranks was a young Dark Jedi, sensitive to the whisperings of the Force. As the team excavated the ruins, they uncovered the long-buried device—the very instrument that had once bridged the gap between dimensions.

           The moment the Dark Jedi touched the device, a tremor coursed through the Force. The temple began to collapse once more, but this time, something ancient and malevolent was reborn. The connection to the Dark Jedi was enough to call forth the Sith Lord’s essence, reuniting him with his original galaxy. Manifesting as a swirling darkness, he materialized in an ethereal form, slaughtering the expedition team in a display of raw, unrestrained power. All but one—the Dark Jedi—who, instead of perishing, was overwhelmed with a newfound strength, a power unlike anything he had ever known.

           Recognizing the potential in this young acolyte, the Sith Lord chose not to destroy him but to mold him. He shared knowledge of the multiverse, teaching his new apprentice the art of bridging the boundaries between realities. He spoke of vast armies, warlords, and dark entities that had pledged themselves to him across countless universes. Together, they would bring forth the Sith Lord’s forces, assembled over eons from countless worlds, and descend upon the galaxy. The old order that once sought to erase him from history would now kneel before his return, or it would burn under the might of a power far greater than they had ever known.

          The multiverse had begun to unravel, and the galaxy was no longer alone in its struggle between light and dark. A new war was coming, one that spanned realities, and the ancient Sith Lord intended to claim his rightful dominion over all of them.
